I am a lawyer by training and practice. Part of the draw to the legal field many years ago was my love of reading and writing. I love to read! I love to write! I read anything and everything; fiction, non-fiction; historical, “how-to’s”, spiritual, religious, biographies. And good or bad. It doesn’t matter; there is something in everything. Today I read some and I write some everyday.
A few years back I started reading poetry and eventually started writing. Since then I have had a few works published and now am posting regularly on this blog. To me poetry is a very powerful tool by which people can share expressions confusing, sometimes perfectly clear concepts and feelings with others. I try to simply share something that has touched my life; something that brings me joy; something they may help allay anxiety or uncertainty.
Part of that pleasure is sharing with others. So blog shares my works; my works with others and works that are totally someones else’s that have touched me.
